Are these related? Got the old CTD and now the Proxy Not Connected; and just now, Server Down.
Bummer is that I have a cruier sitting out in 0.0 space with a can with ore that will only last an hour; but I have been mining for about an hour up to that point. All that Hed/Hem/Jasp/Ker; will it be there when I return?
I am taking it that they are related, but who knows.

Yea i have a thorax with 17k kern and 16k Omber sitting around waiting for it all to go bang :( i hope they either fix the prob or give us back our cans   |

i managed to get in but my characters have been erased im very annoyed as this has taken a lot of my time to build this character.
i hope this can be resolved !

I am not blaming CCP for this one though, it could very well just be an overload from NY's blackout; maybe, maybe not.

I live in California, I'd say blame it on us - after all we took all the power away to fix our blackouts :p
I hope it comes back on soon, just have to wait and see I guess. Although I had server down late last night all night long, did a re-install to kill time I was so bored.

Yeah same happened to me I was in a 0.2 system engaging two manslayers. Had them down to 50% shiels when the system crashed. I grant you it wasnt down long, so I got back online and found I was a safe distance away and no damage to my ship. Great I thought so I warp back to the location of these manslayers to finish them off, problem was all the npc pirates had respawned not a problem I thought as I have killed them all before. Then I realised there was a Ravisher 10 km away from me and two each of Manslayers and Plagues. Now I know when to run away and this was one of those times, so before they could lock onto me I pick the only station to warp to and......nothing happens no warp no nothing....im stuck. I try again as they are now firing, still nothing. The game refuses to let me warp im not being jammed no magnetic interferance.....ahhhhhhhh no shields left......I try running away and then warping but still nothing. Then for the first time im treated to seeing my ship explode and me in a egg. In space they cant hear you scream but I broke that rule in a barrage of blue language. I get a lovely message from the insurance people and I am now waiting to hear from ccp about why I could not warp.

Am in Montana, USA, and am guessing it has to be the NYC black out lol. I didnt get the patch untill the black out. and freaked when it didnt let me log in,, still cant as of 1 pm MST august 16. so lets hope all is well and the boys and gals at CCP get there server back. Maybe routing through DC be smarter , you know them gvt boys dont go without power  . If anyone has any further info would be appreciated.

Its rather frustrating, I've had the game for a week and had server down other than around 3 hours of game play. Spent most that time trouble shooting a grafix issue. almost makes me wanna put the cd in the microwave. :((
