Remind me again the reasons why CCP are nerfing Amarr and boosting Caldari recruitment?
Not that i mind the quiet open trade lanes of Amarr space.

Over populated northern map compared to southern map?

The Arbi and it's offspring are looking very good due to flexibility and drones. Though its always been an under-rated vessel.
