I just created the character and haven't logged in with it yet, maybe that's why. Though, I can select the characters name here, so it has gone through on my account.
Maybe it will work with this post.

I believe you need to have posted five times, or about that amount, to "earn" your mugshot.

I guess I'll stop then if it's more than 20, I also accidently used the name of the character I'm deleting, doh
I don't see this forum counting my posts anywhere. So I don't see how that could be it, since how would you know if you were near getting your mug shown?

I believe you will actually find it's based upon a 24hr cycle from your first post, to the next "rendering" from the server.
If you've never posted before, after your first post, you have to wait for the next rerender.

No one knows?
Just bout every thread I've read has people with their pics, you must have noticed one day when your pic was there for the first time.
I don't see any reason for some reward system here to get to have a mug, it should be automatic. It's not like the larger forums at places such as Rage3d where if you make a certain amount of posts you get a picture and even later your own custome one. But those kind of set-ups would take an average poster a couple years to make a 1000posts.
So what does it take here?
EDIT: I new after 30 minutes and typing this message someone would make a post.
Well, I guess I'll have to wait a while to find out.

Have you tried going into the settings suboption and saving your settings there at least once? I think someone said that triggers it...

As said above the rendering is only done once a day or so.. Give it time and your ugly mug will show up too :)
