I do agree that the placement of the "Wanted" sign could be better...

Instead of covering the face/body it could be placed above the portrait.
Try google "wanted dead or alive" or remember any cowboyfilm you've watched.

Maybe in some month we'll have a "KILLRIGHT!" sign in the top third of our portrait and to cover the part in the middle there could be a "WARTARGET!" sign?

Add some "ROOKIE!" or "VETERAN", an "QUAFE" advertisement, a "BURN JITA - I SURVIVED" sticker to cover all of the portrait.

The charakter-creation is really one of the best i've ever seen and it is in fact a waste of ressources to simply hide the portraits under a static sign while it would be very easy to make some extra space outside the portrait.

Anyways, how about a criminal wanting to suicide their rifter on the Veldnaught just to take that bounty... Not only that, but with CONCORD sending a mail to the folks that want you very dead when that said criminal manage to kill you.

Perhaps, most of that bounty on your head was put by people that are working against EVE community, you know, the same ones that spread scam, spam, bots etc etc and we all know you don't like any of that and make your voice against it.

Carebear or PvPer, who is taking advantage with this broken system? Someone that really play and love EVE or is only here to farm, grind and take everything they want and move to greener pastures?

The matter is here to be discussed, who is troll or not I will let for you guys to decide as well, of course, placing bounties all over some toons here and there don't make me a beloved one as some think they are.

I really expect some kind of intelligence from EVE players but, it seems, lots of other MMO behaviors are in place, sadly .
