Yes, downloading the full version now, so at best I wont see RMR until tonight. Not pleased

on 2meg connetio so i could get it quick, but why cant i dl the patch ? dont weanna have to go through the hassle of dl'n a full client and removing the old 1 :(

Same problem... 2/3% downloading and then "failed verification".
Downloaded this one "evepatch934-3796.exe" but does'nt work...
Help !

I cannto even connect to any server. Is there a way to get eve to ask me agian which patch server I want to use?

Yes, I'm getting the same message...the patch downloads about 3-4 %, then I get a message saying "The patch has been downloaded but failed verification. Please try again."
Anyone have any solutions?

heya eve-support any ideas on this one?
tried several times keep getting failed verification message about 1-2% into download:(

Likewise,
2% completes then that message comes up. Thing is that on dialup i can guarantee i won't be downloading the entire client again.. being around 3-4 days work.
Please fix this CCP.

well i have a cunning idea, keep trying it, sit here tappiong enter, im currently at 55% ish, and gaining 3/4% a time. gonna b a while but ill report if the patch actually works when it hits 100%

There are numerous threads on this subject, basically with so many people trying to download the patch, especially if it's an autodownload attempt it has a chance of failing owing to the sheer volume of people trying to dl it.
Best course of action is to wait for torrent or directly dl just the file from Here

hehe yup, works fine, just keep on dl'n it until it reaches 100%, i reckon i must have sat hitting enter for 20mins and mayb 50 times, but im in

Thank you for posting that link, that was thoughtful of you. It's saved me from having to do what that other postrer is doing, i.e sitting here getting 3/4% each time, lol.

In the past i have the same problems, the best way for updating is go to update page eve and downloading it directly to the harddisk, then hit run.
This is an better way then login in EVE and then hopefully you get no problems whitin it, mostly on the time it going good, but if you have not an good old installation of EVE itself you have this kind of problems.
