Ive been playng eve for 4 days now and i have an imi with 2 cargo expnders and 2 mining lazers. I make about 20k an ore run mining scordite and selling it without refining. I do not want to join a corp but i want 2 make alot more cash. I was going 2 buy an Itron coz it was only bout 300k (all i had at the time) but then i realised i had 2 train gallente indy dat was 300k eswell. 4 me that is 30 ore runs, which i think is a little 2 hard for a noob 2 do. It would be useful if there was a loan system in which u could loan 4 a new ship and pay it back with intrest. U cud make a fair bit of cash in a career doin that.

Unless you find a great price for the ore, it's more isk to you if you refine it to minerals first.
Be sure to train up your refining skills (along with everything else ;) ) to get the best output.

We've all been there - mining or whatever. You have the advantage though - ships are a lot cheaper now than they were when the game first started.
You could try mining other ore - Omber is good, with Pyroxeres slightly less profitable.
The ships get cheaper, but skills remain the same.
There is no official lending in the game, though sometimes richer players will donate or lend money to newer players. Just don't beg for it - plenty of people will just block a beggar so they don't have to listen.
The major disadvantage with lending is that if you create an alternate character to borrow with, then delete the character after transferring money, then no-ione can get the money back.
If the game had a main character only, with no alternates possible, then lending could work officially. But not with the wya things are at the moment.
