Wow!
I did the patch last nite and went to work today. I was so excited about comming home and checking out the new features, but the game is barley playable. Ive been kicked out like 8 times in 20mins, lag is so bad i went a got a can of soda and came back and char screen was still clocking.
This expansion should have totally waited. I guess ill just have to play something else.
I do love this game i will give them a week to work out the bugs but after that im canceling my account....
Very disappointed customer,

Give it a few more days. You try doin such a complex patch on the largest MMO universe within 24 hours with no problems. You can only test something so much on a test server, just some bugs dont show themselves until you introduce it to 20,000 constant players.
And I might be mistaken, but your in a NPC corp which means your reasonably new to this game, your not allowed to complain.

New toon old account. And i totally agree i will give it a couple more days..but this is alot of bugs, the game isnt stable at all.

As a player who started out before cold war, tbh this instability doesn't worry me at all.. for many reasons:
firstly: caldari BS level 5 4tw...
secondly: real life :)
thirdly: come on guys, it's inevitable when releasing a new piece of software that there will be bugs. exhaustive testing takes _years_ and still won't find problems relating to hardware or connectivity issues, which are probably the majority of the reported problems. give CCP a chance to sort them out rather than threatening to cancel accounts.
anyway, anyone who's ever used windows must be used to random disconnects and instability by now :)

The 22 page (currentlY) sticky indicates that CCP and the player base is already aware of the problems. No need to start new thread. Hang in there

If you are refering to training it at the moment, therefore not have to worry about changing skils, you might want to think again.
I set a 4 days skill the day before RMR deployment, it finishes today, horay, thought I, I didnt miss a day of skill training
Unfortunately, as I got the mail notifying my skill training was completed, I went to the character screen, and guess what, the skill indicator says I never even started to train the skill, its back at the level 4 days ago
Petition better solves it, as i have screen shot and eve mail to prove it, but if you are training a month long skill, at the end noticing your skil reseted and because it was a month since you started all the log are gone, you are screwed.

Well I like whiners like you So I can use my favorite word in all of eve WHHHAAAAAH Yeah there was a few disconnects and some genral lag issues today for some but you know what you can either have patience and wait for CCP to fix it and we all know they will cause this is just Post Patch Jitters or you can quit easy as pie buddy

I love when fanboys will stick up for anything the company does...you all would love it if they made all the ships pink and played show tunes in the jukebox.
All im saying is there ARE alot of problems and currently this new patch is running sub par

alot of problems? guess im a lucky person ive only had one problem, where i got alittle stuck during a jump, relogging fixed it, other then that ive had no problems with the patch, the font is differnt tho, unicode and all but ive got np reading it

I can understand your point of view glam. you are paying for something and would expect it to work the first time.
But we are talking about a shifting game world that is constantly been upadted. there are bound to be trouble with some of these things. Hell i played anarchy online right upto they changed to alien invasion (I quit due to time and money constraints  ). The game was buggy to hell and half the stuff wasn't working. But we still played.
You need to rough it out for a bit. This has been by far the easiest (maybe longest) patch I have seen. a couple of lag issues should not stop you from enjoying it. and I got kicked a **** load of times before it settled down. they restarted the server several times coz it was overloaded from people rushing on.
Like people told you if it gets too much cancel your account. But stick it for a bit.
