Have there been any info released on what typ of ships these will be?
and mg i hope the amarr one will be a bad ass droner.
since my top laser, drone, armor and amarr BS skills are kinda badly mixed now when i can't get the carrier I dreamed about :(

There has been no official musings so far. Only word is that "there's room for one new unique battleship per race".
The theories from players so far is mostly centered around that Gallente* will have a dampening boat a'la Celstis and Caldari will get a rail boat a'la Moa. Amarr and Minmatar are a bit ambiguous.
I'd not expect a new drone carrier for any of the races. I'd advice looking at more recent T2 work on the different races. From this we might see a Nossing Amarr ship, although it does infringe on the Bhaalgorn.
* Many want an "all out do or die blaster boat", although others consider Megathron to fill this niche. We'll see how this pans out once TomB's got around to smoothing out the blaster's severe shortcomings.

Yea if you notice;
Caracal = Raven
BB = Scorp
Thorax = Megathron
Vexor = Domi
So people are thinking a rail platform for caldari and a damp platform for gallente (moa and celestis).
An extra BS for each race is in the Kali patch notes.

The only thing that has been definitively stated is that the Caldari will get a rail ship. Nothing else is known.

well i'll behopeing for a:
Omen = Arma
Maller/Augoror = Apoc
Arbitrator = tier 3 ship
the way i see it the amarr ships got some kind of "light"-drone carrier for each basic shipclass except BS.
EDIT: oh, and with all these new drone ksills it'd be kinda odd jsut to have one large drone boat wouldn't it?
The Devs said: "let there be a amarrin drone beast, and there was" ;D

My guess is that at the same time as tier 3 battleships are introduced, we'll see a reorganisation of the roles of the existing ones a la the mark 2 cruisers.
Tier 1 battleships will all be designed for EW, tier 2 for tanking, and tier 3 for ganking.

Rail ship + long caldari lock range + probably very adequate med/low slot layout for shields expanders/hardeners, tracking comps and damage mods = Best all-around ship for dealing damage on fleet battles.

How I would like it
Gallente
tier 1 - Domi - Drones keep as it is
tier 2 - Mega - Rails (2 bonuses) 10% optimal & 10% tracking or something like that
tier 3 - sphere shape - 8h,4m, 7l(Gravion) pure blaster boat tier 3 battlships should have 3 bonuses for all races. Gallente blasters beeing MWD, DMG, 10% falloff or tracking)
Caldari tier 3 BS.(Clarius) 10% optimal , 10% tracking, 5% rate of fire. perhaps.
Amarr tier 3 BS. (Doom) perhaps it could be mixture.. I cant figure anything to amarr
minmatar . (Thegron) (pure close range devastation) 5% rate of fire, 5% dmg, 5% tracking

And CCP have said that the tier3 BS's wont get more slots but will be easier to fit(more pg/cpu).

Well, for Amarr, the +5% all armor resist seems to become popular, so it's a possibility.

I hope Minmatar wont get EW-wannabe BS. Maybe something like Typhoon-Tempest hybrid....
And btw http://www.eve.is/features/Kali/ << here it says that Kali will prolly have Tier 3 BS
I really hope devs will add something like real Tier 3 BS and not another Tier 1-2 BS....i.e. make Tier 3 BS stronger combat boat....no EW or anything...game already have enough EW ships including Scorp. So i really look forward actually Tier 3 BS as pure combat ships.
