Out of everyone's experience and we dont mind paying isk monthly for the programs, what do you feel is the best tool for worm hole management?
I am mostly interested in a sig mapper, and a op tool like this where you can put peoples names in, how long they participated etc to where you can figure out the payouts.
Thanks!

Best one is your own. Public versions are usually limited. Or you never know if someone else has access to your data. One popular tool, for example, was under big suspicion of being used against its users at some point. |

You mean the whole anti-Communist and anti-homosexual diatribe he spewed from the orifice that can be described as his "mouth" was proven correct? US Government has been infiltrated by the gay Commies? O.M.G! |

Well, less on the homosexual thing, more the fact that quite a few people that he "arbitrarily " accused of being Soviet spies were, in fact, Soviet spies.

Yeah, like 9 people out of about 160 he accused did turn out to be spies. So in your opinion ruining the lives of 150 people is worth catching those 9 spies? What a crock of horse ****. Did it ever occur to you that McCarthy was simply using the whole Red Scare for his gain? He accused his rivals and fellow Senators of being Soviet spies, by smearing them in public forum. Use your brains, if he really wanted to rid the US of the Soviet spies and give the country an advantage over the Soviets, he would have conducted his affairs covertly, because two things are better than exposed spies and they are double agents and known spies you can feed misinformation to.
P.S. I hate Mess just like any other guy, maybe even more than other people, but lets face it he does not deserve to be compared to McCarthy. |

This is the way to go. Its open source, works wonderfully, and you can host your own if you are worried about us spying on you. It is still in alpha, but I can confirm the map at the very least works great. |

I've been developing a web application for our corp to use for mapping, intel tracking, etc. The main goal was to make it as easy, quick, and non-intrusive as possible. I think I have come somewhere close to that, but its admittedly not the prettiest thing (I'm a programmer, not a designer)
Some of the main features are: Operation Tracking - Copy and paste the loot from corp ops into a text field and click one button to input them all. You don't have to manually select any items from huge lists. The most recent price input for an item is stored and loaded up by default. Add the users that participated in the operation and it will calculate everyone's share for you, including taxes. Also provides a nice summary for each user of the amount owed to them, total amount owed by the corp, and total amount payed out by the corp.
Mapping - Signatures/Sites can be input either manually or by copy and paste from your scanner results.
Manually add connected systems to the map or use the Auto-Mapping mode. With Auto-Mapping, you just click a single button on the site each time you change systems and it will add each system to the map with the correct connections, and bring up any saved intel on the new system.
Intel - Store information about who lives in the wormholes you visit. You can copy and paste a POS from your dscan results and store its location and details (all of the modules, etc that show up in your dscan). Keep notes and info on Pilots, Corps, Alliances, and Solar Systems.
All of this is wrapped in a pretty granular user permission system. It also supports alliances where each user can be assigned to one or more corporations. Each corp has its own map and operations, but intel is shared.
We have been using it for a few weeks now and it has worked out pretty well I think. I'm at the point where I'd like to get some more people using the tool for testing, feedback, etc.
If anyone reading this is interested in trying it out, contact me in-game and I can set up an instance for you and your corp/alliance to use for free.
I'm not looking to scam anyone, so I want to be totally up-front: After 6 weeks or so I will have to evaluate how things are going and if you want to continue to use it after that, I will probably be asking for some monthly isk to keep it running. I'm not thinking much: a couple hundred mil a month or maybe 10-20 mil per user depending on the size of interested groups.
Full Disclosure: This would be hosted on my server, but you would have your own DB schema and webapp instance. That means I could manually go digging through the data in your database. I'm not really interested in doing this and it is certainly not the goal of this, but since this is eve nobody will believe me on that point anyway :)

Please note that:
- Eve W-Space is still a very early Alpha when considering the full slate of planned features and the SiteTracker is still fairly tied to SSC's payout system until I get around to generalizing it.
- It does take some effort to get working as no real packaging work has been done yet. If you aren't up for administering your own system, look into a hosted solution. For hosted solutions, Siggy is probably your best bet at the moment for overall maturity.
- If you do trying or using Eve W-Space , bug reports and feedback are appreciated at https://jira.evewspace.com
