So you guys bring down the server without warning, while I'm in the middle of a belt with a 3 BS spawn?
Who do I go to for a refund if my BS is in a can when I get back on?

Agree on this one tbh. Got the same thing :)
If you lose your ship petition it. And if the server is down Guri wont shoot  Other words, they cant since EVE Universe isnt there if server is down so No guri and No ship. If server comes online you probally are in warp

They mentioned that they still had problems, and to stay out of harms way... no one's fault but your own.

Let me say this - I'm not as horked off as some about the post RMR problems. MMO's are extremely complex beasts, and it is to be understood that a major revision is gonna have some teething problems.
But for God's sake, when you plan to take the server down for a patch, reboot or hotfix, give us 5 min notice! How hard is that???

Ted, when did they mention that? I've been on for a couple of hours and no mention I saw, except for the log in message thats been up for two days. Shuld I have been hiding in station for two days? Have you?

when did they mention that? ther was no messedge saying that that poped on the game, and the lkogin scren messedge dident say that eather, well atleast when i loged on

Thats on the news tab in the login of the client.
If you lose your ship due to battle petition with your battle log and kill mail. Your mining cans should be safe. Last time the server went down unexpectedly for a few hours my cans were still there when I got back. And, lasted long enough for me to clean them out.

Did you forget the welcome message? It says something like "keep training those long skills". You have to read between the lines :)

and how do you know it was a planed take down? My two accounts and corp mates all dropped off at different times, i'd say they had a few nodes started to fail so they just took the whole thing down. No warning if the server goes crash.

I figure we just give CCP a break. They don't have to add to the servers all the time, we play whether they do or not. So they have a few issues, they have quite a few servers that they need to take care of not to mention the size of the db to maintain. Perhaps we just read a book for a few hours :)
Besides who isn't drooling over a titan. Good things come to those who wait :)
