may be relatively new at piracy, but 3 ppl at my side would have to be...
1) Feanor04 - holy hell, the killer of our lil pirate squad; put him in a thorax or brutix and anything short of a good BS will die
2) burningquid - fast, this one is - may be a lil overzealous and get blown up for it once in awhile, but a solid tackler that knows what he's doing
3) Thorun Drakenguard - a tad suicidal in tactics from time to time, but he's always up for a good hunt or discussion about EVE at dinner
out of corp, Origin and Mahu are definitely my other fav pilots to hunt with. Origin finds us good targets, and Mahu's well...Mahu :)

1 - gauss beloid, this guy seems to be able to take on any t2 ship with its t1 version.
2 - dr finisher, meanest tempest pilot ive ever flown with, and he'll stick around to the end of any fight if he thinks he can save u.
3 - mchalin, no explanation needed for anyone whos flown with him.

Tricky this one, especially as I am happy flying with any three guys/girls from BoB (in fact 3 of the girls would probably be extremely dangerous!) My picks change depending on circumstance and whether I am just picking corpmates or not so there'll be some variety in my replies..
Hunting in a gang of 4 I'd say... El***er on covert ops, Coranor on intercept/capture and DoctorGonzo on firepower.
(that's a very difficult pick because I would be equally happy with about 3 dozen other people in all three roles!)
Empire wars in a gang of 4... I'd want Ugluuk, Eyeshadow and TWD with me for a non-BNC pick.
In a fleet fight the three guys I want by my side helping run the show... dbp, Molle, DoctorGonzo and Dianabolic (ok it's four, sue me!)
Large gang/fleet fight my first three picks to be by my side regardless of how many other people are there... TWD, Uther Agnois, dbp (I know, picking dbp is so cheesy but I just never lose a fight when he and I are there in charge together!).
Roaming HAC gang... Ja5on, Bella Fea and Alex Capone.
Pure fun and ganking gang... Kryztal, Uther and Alex Capone.
Pimp fleet... Fitz, DoctorGonzo and Alex Capone.
All those lists feel so incomplete as there are sooo many other pilots I could add

Skilz-good mate and always a pleasure 2 fly alongside.
Deathwing-more balls in combat than most i know (remembers engaging 2 ew scorps a geddon + support with our two battleships :) ).
Zenst-probobly the best prophecy pilot ive flown with/fought, I always feel safe with him at my side.
Leading a Fleet:
DB Preacher, hands down. Very calm and take no ****. He'll engage odds way against us and we almost always come out on top with DBP leading.
