What skills should I be focusing on for PVP? Up until this point I have done mostly PVE but have found myself in a situation (war dec on my corp) where PVP is a necessary thing. https://zkillboard.com/character/93539798/. I know some (i.e. most) of those fights should not have happened *face palm* and I have tried to learn from my mistakes (no more battlecurser vs single frig fights!!) I am flying gallente ships. I really like this game and think that PVP will be great just wanting to know how to last more than 3 seconds in a fight lol! |

in many ways pvp skills are the players skills ... and the nonly way to develope them is to do pvp .. preferably in a copr or alliance.
i have decent skills for my toon but i a nooblet when i comes to pvp as a player .. so i dont tend to do it much unless i am with experienced players who can make the most of my toons abilities .. by telling me what to wear , where to go, and what to do when i get there. |

We can't see your tactics when looking at the killboard. But as mentioned player skills as oppossed to character skills are also very important. Consider joining a corp that PVPs or FW or RvB.
One thing I can see from your killboard is that you don't seem to be rigging your ships. Rigging your ships will help in their survivability and or damage output.
A few of your fits required a CPU mod, have you trained your Weapons Upgrade skills? |

As a mission runner, you should have most of the above skills. The "new" skills you really should train are EWAR skills. You need Warp Disruptors/Scramblers & Webs to hold your targets down. You can benefit a ton from a fleet mate using tracking disruptors to help negate enemy dps, and a buddy in a jamming ship may annoy your opponent so much they punch their own monitor.

Go for t2 for the mods you plan on using, have your guns and tank be the highest priority. Also, though it isn't skill related, find friends to pvp with.
