hi there i have been in many 0.0 alliances most of them was fun but i find myself with my 2 and a half year old char thinking ,i wonder what it wud be like to make my own corp for a change?
ive decided id like to make a merc corp (i think :S) but i dont know much about them from past exp can anyone please tell me the good pointss and bad points about a..
pirate corp industrial corp merc corp
or a mix between the 3?? thankyou very much for reading this and i hope you can help! btw like the alts name?

Merc + Ind works well-ish (a certain famous coalition of mercanaries has a top-sekrit carebear division if I'm not mistaken, and I don't mean NSN), but tbh trying to mix any of those 3 will generally lead to bad things.

pirate corp is prolly the only one there that can be done in a "pure" way.
You're gonna need decent industry (or the sponsorship of a tip-top indy corp) to be a successful merc. ____________________________________________

no plz, no more merc corps, noooooooooo.
im sure 99% of those so called merc corps out there kid on they have contracts on alliances/corps.. i just dont see the customer base to sustain them all.

exactly. come to think of it its propably only MC and cold fusion of all the merc corps that are capable of completing a contract or even really have a contract.

There are smaller players in the merc game. Merc corps dont have to have high profile contracts to qualify as mercs.
