I have updated graphics drivers, and I have tried putting the game into Fixed Window mode. I can clear the screen by locking my PC and signing back in, but I'd like a complete fix if possible.

Are you using an nvidia graphics card? There are reports of issues. Check the issues and workaround section. |

Happens to me occasionally, I don't use full screen and re-sizing the window fixes it. |

happens to me occasionally on an old and cheap computer. Frustrating, but i normally have to log out and then log in again.

use in windowed mode and just click the little box to make it almost fullscreen. gets rid of the problem and leaves your tabs at bottom of window easy to click on |

If the problem occured because of your updated gfx drivers, then roll back the driver. Or try a 'beta' release.

I used to get this after logging out on my laptop. It has Intel HD graphics. Closing the laptop and opening it usually fixed it though. But these days I have my main gaming PC for EVE :D |

Edit. Never mind you have already tried this. Maybe ask in this section of the forums?
I had this problem on a brand new laptop, but changed it to "Fixed Window" which solved the issue for me and also for others that have had the same problem in the past.
