Tyrell Corp, fly and produce Ravens, they are awesome and will be even better when they sort missile intelligence out.
Highly recommended contact Xamand in game if you want one.

A very tactical ship. Part caracal, MoA, and blackbird all in one.

Edited by: Digital Sin on 16/08/2003 19:09:26 i have one. they are nice looking ships, (and yes, i bought it from techell, good people :D)
since i mostly NPC farm right now i dont see its uses as much as my amarr ship. i am sure once missiles are fixed it will prove to be a powerful ship. its basically a supercharged blackbird. more armor, more grid, cpu, dronespace, cargo, but less speed. my corpmate says it looks like a flying can opener.

techell arent good people. they declared war on le moulin rouge becuase they were undercutting tehir prices on the market. Then they started to make a point that they would do it to anyone who was selling ships int heir constellation. Techel is bad and shame on you for buying anything from them. |

Well, if you start producing the same ships at the same place, for a lower price, do you really think it's surprising to see them getting ****ed off?

If I find out Techell is killing people to keep prices up and avoid competition I'll never buy another thing from them.

THIS kind of thing is what Eve is all about - corporations going to war to defeat market competition.
Awesome.

YES, that's how it's supposed to be. Very good. We did it in the early days with my former corp. Another corp started selling Mallers 2 jumps away from us, at a too low price. Since Maller sales was our main income, we attacked that corp's miners...
But all conflicts can be settled... Now me and most of the other guys from that attack are in MASS and fighting alongside that other corp in the biggest fleet in EVE(probably)
On the topic... There's no way I will use a Raven at this time. But when battleship missiles gets some lovin from CCP I'll get myself a Raven ASAP. It perfectly suits me, too bad that missiles suck.

Raven BS? You know BS ios a shortcut for BULL****? That's what it is!
More seriously: It's a nice looking ship using missiles. Missiles are crap. As soon CCP gives missiles some loving it can compare to other ships. Right now it's a waste of isk. Get the scorpion if you want to stick to calidari. Best EW ship ingame.

Edited by: Jarjar on 18/08/2003 12:42:03 At the moment I'd prefer a Caracal over a raven. The reason is obvious if you ask me. Kamikaze with 1/2 MWDs and 5 torpedo launchers, pretty nice damage. If you lose the ship, who cares? A corp that cannot replace a 4-5M ship shouldn't PvP at that time (possibly not at all).

Techell is not in war with Moulin Rouge. The only reason why it's still on the list is that it can't be removed. --- soonÖ |

And when they start hitting...they hurt :)
Admittedly only having 4 turret slots means the enemy BS outguns you until the missiles come in to play, but as most pvp is within 20km that isn't too long, especially as the Raven isn't taking that much damage due to the number of shield hardeners it can equip
