did someone succesfully transfered a character to another account since RMR ?
i tried a few time and kept getting an error + they charge the credit card each time (as i saw later...)

I keep trying to create a new account and no matter what (working) credit card I use I get the message:
"We were unable to contact your card issuer."
When I click on the "Having trouble signing up?" icon I get:
Fatal error: Unable to open /cgi-bin/eve_online.cfg/scripts/enduser/asknew.php in Unknown on line 0
Blowing off people who are trying to give you money is not the best way to maximize profit. |

great, now the buyer of my charc petioned telling i tried to scam him, EVE staff banned my account pending EULA violation.....
too bad the buyer petionned this morning ... and that i PETIONNED friday saying that it was bugged, wasnt working and that my credit card was +200$ of character transfer fee !
now i'm a scammer with 200$ of transfer fee on my credit card, very smart....

just retried, another 20$ billed to my f.... CC and no transfert done
i tried with IE and with firefox, both failed
this is really starting to **** me off

ok, finaly got a reply from a GM :)
they are investigating the problem. credit card arent billed, just reserved. He said it will get fixed soon so dont desesperate :)

Funny , I'm in the process of trying to transfer 2 accounts. The 1st one worked no problem (this was about 25 mins ago). Now getting an error trying to do the second one

Looks like the credit cards are billed for failed attempts d'oh
