Evol always been the best in eve always feared sat many example for the rest off the comunity
rkk first went into them when they left cod from being a tiny merc corp they are now one off the hugest pvp/mining in eve :P sarcasm
ATUK they used to be everywere
BNC from ore-gwp-norad we evolved pretty nicely
last can i say mercenary coalition please they score damn good kills

@ GandalfTHEGrey, how about asking this but putting a twist on it. Of course damn near 99% the allaince jamokes are going to name corps in their own alliance and talk about how they pwn.
If you had to pick 5 of the "best" pvp corps [b]NOT[./b] in your alliance who would you choose???
Not in any order
Mine:
Battle Angels- after working with these guys a short time, all I can say is they truly deserving of their ticker, BAPWN.
Celes Apoc-Despite all the curve balls and changes that have been thrown at them. They still manage to operate at a high level. Hats off to Darthy, Shadow and crew.
m0o-If your an old fart like me then you know what a terror these guys were at their peek.
RKK-Pre-BoB(and forum whoring), I loved flying with those folks for the short time against F-E. They were top notch.
KIA-Small group of guys who do their best to get the job done.

The BoB corps are simply the best because they have skilled PvPers, excellent leaders, and great participations, they also have a good none smack attitude (cept for evol). Put any 1 corp in BoB against any other 1 corp in eve, except for ATUK, and they would win.
BDCI and Frick are very small corps, but thier leadership/teamwork is topnotch, ALL thier pvpers are some of the best in eve, and together these 2 corps work very effectively.
Oh yeh an seleene is right, but I dont think theres anything wrong alt posts, but it u do, what you doing posting here! Bah

I would tend to agree - Let's not all just post the corps in our own alliances. If you want props that are worth anything at least let someone else give them to you. Continuously tooting your own horn eventually just makes you look short-sighted and silly.
Also some people think this is just a "list 5 corps" when the original question was "who would it be and why."
In no specific order (sorry, can't really rate people like that):
CE - Great bunch of guys. Calculating, effective, and impressive to watch in action.
BNC - From most everything I've heard they're a blast to fly with and leave no man behind. Would be fun in an Animal House Frat Party kinda way.
BDCI - Specialized and very effective at what they do. They have built themselves up as a very useful tool for hire(which is exactly their chosen role)
Frick - ^^
Snigg - Smaller strike operations and seem to love what they do. Where did you guys run off to anyway? Get back here!

I'll leave the BoB corps out of this for obvious reasons.
Cataclysm Enterprises/SteelVipers - fantastic at fleet combat, super well drilled and coordinated
ATUK - the corp for having numbers, experience, great fleet command and a good attitude to combat, a true powerhouse
Battle Angels - all the best combat pilots out of FIX and more, blossoming out of alliance constraints and a serious up and coming contender for one of the best pvp corps
BodyCount/Sharks - superb at what they do, lots of good qualities, put them up against ATUK, CE or a BoB corp one on one and they wouldn't hack it from a numbers and fleet combat perspective but pretty much any other situation and they are highly effective
Cult of Cthulhu - probably one of the highest skills/experience per pilot ratios in the game, small gang warfare at it's best.
I'd give honourable mentions to S******dly, Shinra, BOS, Teddy/Tundragon and various other alliance corps but those five above are my picks at the moment.

Thanks to those who have mentioned us and FRICK, but I'd like to remind people that there are four corps in the MC and have been since Feb 7th of this year. A lot of what we've done has been side by side with The Corporation and North Star Networks, both of whom are very respectable PvP corps in thier own right with thier own histories to back them up as well.

ATUK- Good at reaction times,some pretty damn good pilots all around.
BNC- Went from carrying an alliance to being a really sucessful corp maybe one day i will let Bl use me as cannon fodder again.
Burn Eden- I admit you have to be doing something right if you can **** as many people off as they have.
Shinra-Of the few times I fought them over the years Chowdown and his crew always made for an intresting time.
m0ovolution- Everyone talks about BoB this and BoB that and don't get me wrong the pwn but I just kinda miss the days when m0o would roll out in frigs gank a few hundred people then join Evol in fighting said flavor of the month alliance.
Yes I have a new corp,no its mine,yes im going to make it work.

It feels like iv pretty much fought everyone in eve at some point...
Id say the old school Russians are by far the best(now friends)..
at the moment, best group of PVPers has to be RAT.. if celes failed id learn russian just to be able to fight with them:).
CoC too, good fighters.
Remember folks forum whoring does not make a corp good fighters .

1. Cult of Cuthlu (Merdakka was my first 1v1 when i played on Tehel Necrona, he owned me).
2. Evolution - Even though i hate to admit it, they are good PvP'ers.
3. Shinra - Ens is a bit of a newb but the rest of them manage to balance it out. :D
4. BOS - Always been rather solid corp through several generations and their still looking strong.
5. G corps. - I've never fought them much but ive heard they've come a long way, would be nice to go up against some of them to establish a better opinion of them.

This is my top list of what corps I think are the best pvpers around at this point, I could be wrong.
NOT WHO I WOULD WANT TO FLY WITH.
1. GH-SC ( Dedicated, Experts, Oldschool )
2. CoC ( Experts )
3. Evolution (dedicated, experienced, not as good as they used to be)
4. Burn Eden (I think kinda like RUS in that they use whatever "unbalanced tactics and setups" they can in order to win)
5. BDCI

- Contraband Inc. [CONIN]

Depends on how you definte the best pvp corp, fighting under any circumstances, outnumbered against all odds.. fighting to the last man or just how purely effective the corp is (killing ratio).
Obviously The Collective are the best but disregarding my own corp..

F.R.E.E.E - flying with them is so much damn fun no matter what. Ripp & Sweaty
BNC/RKK/Evol - meh dont like em  , I dont like to admit it but they do pwn  (I consider them one "corp")
ASW/CE - Adds a whole different flavor on TS with them, great bunch and they pwn. I wanna speak German when i grow up so i can join

1. VIRII - not a huge corp but equal numbers i would put em up against ne1. Awseome guys aswell
2. EVOL/RKK/BNC in no order, someone already said it but <----- 1 corp in my eyes
3. CoC simply cause there videos rock
4. Burn eden - love em or hate em there kills to loss ratio is probably best around

From personal experience
No. 1 would be Battle angels. These guys are crazy and they fight like hell.
No. 2 would be KIA, fought with them, fought against them, they are awesome.
No. 3 would be S.A.S, their teamwork is amazing.
For rest of the place alot of other corps are v. good with many excellent pvper among them. But calling them best will be overating them. So lets just leave it at top 3.
