Shaolin Kempo > Other unnarmed arts (Especially TKD) And yeah...that monk could have ended that match anytime he wanted. The TKD fighter was completely out classed. Thing is tho i didnt manage to do alot but the basic of it like WOW. So monk 4tw and i hope when i get fitter again i start wing chun again. Kung fu kicks arse

The Shaolin's blocking style is damned intriguing. I had to give up karate (b/c I screwed up my hand in a skiing accident) and seeing vids like that remind me just how much fun and how rewarding martial arts are.

I broken my leg and i still trying to get fit etc and i hope in time i be ok to start wing chun up again Oh my GF does Karate too and she was pretty good and learned to do loads of weapons too. mm i think i get her to teach me the bow i like the bow
