As of this morning none of the new ships have appeared as possible patents at any of my research agents. Ditto with ammo. Did they say they were gonna release it, then hold it back for a few weeks?

CCP have never seeded the BPO's straight after a major patch (as far as I know).
Have a little patience - they will be there.

yeah, need to give players a chance to get the skills for the ships first before the ships are available

They want demand to be a lot higher then supply when they get in. So that we can pay loads of ISK to tech II bpo holders I guess.

I have a Crusader waiting in the wings for me to get my skills up. It's a Tech 2 Elite Frigate (Interceptor). But I guess they were available before RMR. Once I get my skills up for the Crusader, I'll be building up for the Heretic (Elite Destroyer) but I cant find any anywhere. Guess those are new.
Is there anywhere where we can find a complete list of ships? New and Old. I wish these forums had a search feature. If there is one, I can't find it. I've only been playing for a week though.

Apart from the Devs being insanely busy, can you imagine how ****ed off you'd be if you won a T2 BPO and then they had to roll back the server....

Train one of the advanced science skills like graviton physics or rocket science, get an R&D agent, and pray. Not much more to it, except doing a mission for the agent once per day. I stopped doing that after... a long time, mainly because I finally got something and I figured it didn't matter how many missions I did, lightning wouldn't strike twice. Plus, I spent more money doing those missions than I've made over the last 4 months with that BPO anyway, so it wasn't really worth it. :(
