I am leaving the game and auctioning off my char (this Char). The proceeds to be given to friends of mine in game as well as alliances I like. The transfer fees will be paid by me.

Ok, Ill do it when I get home but the 1 billion will be paid to derisor and I will then transfer it to my friends before I run the transfer. Dont worry, scams cant happen as CCP is good at banning people that try.
