Thanks in advance.

It depends really: Cruiser sized and above stuff won't hit you if you keep your traversal up, although getting through a BS's tank could be quite difficult and time consuming.
Webbing/scrambling frigates are probably a bigger worry.

Edited by: Metal Heart on 19/12/2005 22:51:31 I agree with secretfire. You need to worry about the things that will hit you, meaning frigs, destroyers etc. Cruiser spawns are fine for me in my taranis, but when coupled with more than 4 frigs, things can get a bit too close for comfort, and if you get scrambled, you may be done for.

From what I have seen.
1. I wouldnt take intys into belts unless you can take on the scramblers after that the only thing you need to worry about is the tanks on the larger ships. I'd say 0.1-0.4 would be doable with care.
2. I've heard you can do lvl 3 missions but it is extremely hard.
3. Same thing with complexes if you can take the scramblers you're fine so maybe 3/10s
I dunno dont trust my opinion just my views.

Edited by: Rikkta on 19/12/2005 23:31:02 I can do all L2 missions with a crusader running all T2 stuff like 4 dual light beams etc...
With practice, it's possible to take on cruiser spawns too.
The key as correctly said by all is to take on the killer frigs first like the 30000 point kyoutan etc etc...
Even silence the informant is so doable that I don't think twice about it.
Damsel in distress with the 50000xp cruiser and missile battery is also a piece of cake.
The key is to speed at 1400m/s, then orbit while killing, then speed to next blob.
I don't really have good skills yet for the low spots either as I have to use a PDU to make everything fit.
My ideal fitting would have a damage control mod and a faction nano for really awesome resistances.
I would only use amarr ships for the ammo problem. Suppose you COULD orbit a bs or bs and it would NEVER hit you? Well, your taranis would run out of ammo, then what?
With the amarr ones, you can "set it and forget it" meaning if it takes 10 min to eat thru a bc, then you set the repairer on for the missile damage, set the beams on, then just leave and come back to the loot.
Why beams? Because you have so much better flexibility with the tracking and ability to start damage at 10 km. This lets you 'pick off' a frigate on your fast approach, then pick off one on the circle before settling into an orbit around a cruiser. |

R u out of your mind....0.0 spawns with bs and bc's with ease in an inty...it will take several ours to do so. If u want to do 0.0 Spawns get yourself a BS or a Hac !!!

3/10 complexes are cake with a Raptor. 4/10's and above are iffy. The battleships can tank the damage you dish out pretty well.

1. I've done 0.0 belts in my ranis plenty of times, with blasters breaking the bs tanks isn't hard at all, just fit an armor rep and use it to tank the cruise missiles. The trick is to keep your transversal up against cruiser and try not to engage frigates, especally interceptors, if you get webed you die. 2. Level 2s should be a cakewalk with rails. Level 3s maybe, highly dependent on the mission. 3. I'd say 3/10 definatley, 4/10 maybe depending on the type of plex
