I think many players in different time gave borrow ISK other players. If to consider, that EVE is the game with the real economy, it cannot be ignored the fact that capital one player is often insufficient to achieve this goal.
In this connection I believe that it would be right to organize, improve and automate this process, namely:
Add the ability to create contracts for loans (with attributes: loan amount, interest rate, repayment period) as for other players, corporations and alliances. Upon completion of the term of the credit, provided you do not return the loan, with a wallet of the borrower (and, in the case of a -üorporation is the master wallet) automatically debited amount. If this amount is insufficient wallet is marked as the debtor's wallet, and all funds received on this wallet will to pay out in arrears.

I'd would love it and I'd borrow 100b and buy all the chars on the market. Then I'd say oops who cares about this char I just bought 20 others. Rinse and repeat? Profit? |

Well this idea has been suggested before but instead of having players get negative isk, if they fail to pay it back the other player gets kill rights on them.
"Entitlement" is a euphemism for "I hate the way you play and it makes me cry like a baby".

yes there should be a way of loaning and dealing with terms and interest within the UI
but! it should only be a tool like the calculator and not be tied to any automatic payment or penalty system, just a tool to assist the player in creating some sort of contract to reflect the loan
however it would be luls if debtors took a huge sec status hit when they default on a loan contract |
