im getting abit sick of flying AFs and intys...
ive never flied a BC in my time in eve and with the changes im even more confused...
i usaly fly my Harpy and occationaly my ranis and rax...
i got good skills in both sheild/armor tank and i got good gunnery and missile skills
so i should pretty much be effective in all the BCs...
when the BCs first came i swore to not get into the pieces of crap...
but the lure of the Bee-Cide is becoming to strong
need some advise  
The first one i looked at was the Ferox...
but i just see a big Moa about to get orbited at 500m where those shiny guns will be as effective as hippokings sig
same thing with the rest of the BCs...

I prefer the ferox myself... And as far as your statement on it's guns.... Ferox is a damn fine missile boat and should be used as such. Also, How can you go wrong with looking good in a Caldari ship... That makes the ferox unique, although everyone seems to have one.
It is almsot the size of a BS. It's guns vs a small 500m orbitor will be more effective, even though that is not saying much. Use light drones to take care of that problem. I still prefer it with missiles though.

the second thing that scares me about the BCs is their speed and sig...
battleship guns LUB slow and lumbering targets

Brutix. Has a great tank due to its bonuses.
Upto 7 turrets available, a blaster boat would kick ass.
Regardless of which one you get, FIT a webby and use drones and 500m orbiters will pop with ease

I'd say Cyclone - it's a tough bugger for anything smaller than a BS to kill (possible to take HACs in them if you've got the right ammo and hardeners)

I've had a lot of success with a missile-equipped Ferox. I was using medium drones, but post-RMR I'm using light drones to help deal with frigates and drones.
