It doesn't drop in the actual mission unless you're very lucky.
I'm pretty sure that you keep the tag after using it to unlock the gate though, might be worth looking on the market for one (or search your assets list for one that you may have stored and forgotten about).

I have a few laying about. Convo me if you like usually on from 7pm GMT/EVT
As for dropping, the ones I have picked up always came from another Angel kill mission, the name escapes me at the moment.

I've never seen one drop in the level 3 version and you do NOT keep the tag. The next room is high risk and low reward, the million and change in bounties on the other side isnt worth having hell come down on you. The best loot I got from that 6th room was Havoc heavy missles. This was all pre-patch though.

As the above posters have also said, the Angel Palladium tag has never dropped for me (that I can remember) in Angel Extravaganza itself, always on other missions.
Just thought I would post to say that you need to keep in mind that after you use the tag and enter the 6th gate, it does NOT stay unlocked. If you need to warp out, you will need another tag to enter the locked gate again. I don't know why it's done like this, and I'm not sure if it's been changed post-RMR, but just something I thought I would share.

Hi,
the tag dropped for me yesterday in a mission. It was an encounter mission like "unauthorised military presence". or at least a mission like that. Cant remember the actual name. or else buy them in market. there here for sale for about 350k.

These drop from Arch Angels, and Arch Angel Scouts, and similar. Dunno if these was renamed with the RMR patch, however you can find them in 0.3 and down (Minmatar space). Just go out there and belt rat. You can easy sell these for 500k a piece, which makes it kind of lucrative ;-)

You can harvest quite a lot of them quite fast belt rating though. Much faster than get them through missions.
