What changed with the Sisters epic arc as far as them contacting you to start the arc?
Background... ~3 years ago when I started a Caldari, within minutes of completing the starter quests I got an email/message from Sister Alitura with her siren song "Come 20+ jumps away and run this epic arc for me for riches and prizes and toss many ships away even though you are a noob character with barely any skills trained you shouldn't even think of running this for a month or so!" . The starter corp channel was constantly flodded with "where is Arnon" "should I go do this" etc..
A year + later I dabbled with another Caldari and he got the same request at the same time.
Flash forward to present day.
A newly minted Gallente character ~2 weeks old with most core certs done and way past finishing the starter quests.... not a peep from Sister Alitura after running lvl 1's the entire time and finishing several faction quests as they arrive.
Now, so as not to get off track here..
1. I KNOW where Arnon is, and that the arc exists. that's not the point. 2. If I were a brand new character, would I be getting the heads up to go run this? Somehow I doubt it based on the lack of "Epic arc?" chatter in the starter corp channel as was prevalent years ago.
3. My main point here is, for a "new" character, how are they alerted/invited now to go start the epic arc?

After the Capsuleer completes the very last mission for each Career Agent, the agent mentions that Sister Alitura in Arnon is looking for some help.
Also just wanted to add that years ago along with the Eve Mail message, there was also a mission which would drop a log containing info about the Sisters of Eve in Arnon looking for help from Capsuleers.
I don't know if that mission is still active.

Howdy Pee-Op-Les
I'm a relatively/spankingly new player and when I finished the training (Gallente) there was no mention of the sisters, I had to ask in rookie help chat where to start the mission arc.
Had it not been for perusing this forum and hearing people talk about it I would of never have known about it's existence!
Whether this is a glitch or just me being a retardacon I'm unsure but either way if that had been my experience and I had not looked at the forums prior to arriving at the end of my tutorial missions I wouldn't of had a clue!
P.S. Working my way through the arc as suggested for new players and it could probably do with being made slightly harder, I know when I jump into PVP after this arc it's going to be a million times more challenging but at the moment any enemy I'm faced with can't even dent my shields wile using the destroyer you get from advanced military training.
And if they do get close to bringing down my shields to half way due to swarms I just stick on my cruddy civilian shield repair thingy mabob (Technical phrasing for the more advanced players) |

This summer I've created two new toons and run them through the tutorial missions for standing. Never got a single "invite" for SoE starter arc. Also ran a couple old mains through all the tutorials for standing, and there never received an "invite" either. Just my $0.02 adjusted for inflation. Sounds a little bit strange to me, because I'm also new to Eve (about 2 months old), started as Gallente, made the Tutorial Missions and I'm pretty sure that after finishing the Tutorials I was sent to Sister Alitura in Arnon. |

You're not really "sent" to Alitura as in "Here, accept this mission and go there for a payment", but once done with the tutorial missions (or career missions, I am not sure) the closing message suggested that I send the new alt over to Alitura.
This was on a new account where no character had ever run the SoE arc ever, maybe you get a slightly different message when you have already run it once on that account. |

Again, to recap.
The point here is to find out what changed.
In the past there was a mission offer, there were more active interactions directly from the Sisters.
This character and another on my account both got the invites/hints. A third after Odyssey got bupkis. I have no listing of her in my agent contacts history.
Basically, just looking for something more official as to the changes in this epic arc beginnings for future reference.
