I am a gallente player and am a bit confused that the race I chose has a skill that seems to have almost no use save for some limited skill training. The way the skill is explained says that we will get bonus's when dealing with NPC's and can barter better prices and such.
How about introducing more skills that use charisma, like leadership skills. currently I think there is only 1 Leadership skill but if there were lots that could make a gang leader very powerful then it would at least make having a high charisma a good thing.
Mabye there are subtle things that happen because of my charisma that I'm not aware of but since there isn't much to do with npc's the stat seems wasted.
Perhaps Charisma could get a player accelerated agent progress?
Better price on selling minerals?
Security status goes up faster?
Less money to rent station slots?
Just throwing ideas out.

there's like 5 skills which aren't in the game yet that will need charisma. Baterting, Black Market, Trading etc. So be patient.

There are also a bunch of leadership based skills which helps out your gang (shield recharge, cap recharge etc.) Like all the other skills in the game, it takes time to implement them.

Meanwhile, it's saving you a bunch of money .. and the richer you are and the more expensive your trades get, the bigger that bunch of money is.
