I'm happy to bring this up with CCP, but I don't really understand what the problems are. Is this correct:
1) People are concerned about NEXON having their billing information. Was there a security breach at NEXON before?
2) People are concerned about prices increasing. How much are Japanese people paying now? Are they charged the Euro rates or the US rates? Do they buy GTCs?
If folks aren't comfortable answering in public, feel free to eve mail me.

If folks aren't comfortable answering in public, feel free to eve mail me. Nexon is just..... even in the US they have a very bad reputation for having terrible customer service.
But in this case, your support is still CCP (no comment on how good or bad that is), the only time you would have to deal with nexon would be billing issues.
