Afternoon Capsuleers!
I need help fitting a ship that can gives bonuses to missiles, has fairly good defense and can hold a decent amount of missile launchers, I can now use heavy missiles, but not sure what ship to use and what launchers to actually fit, and also all the other modules, i searched online but most of them are for level 5 skills which i don't have, the highest skill i got is level 4 on numerous skills, I was looking at the Cyclone (I think its battle cruiser? or something like that)?
Any help would be appreciated!

Please be more specific. What do you want to use the ship for, PvE or PvP? Do you have low skills and/or little amounts of ISKs? What are you flying now?
Also take a look at the Drake thread here. It is a missile ship.

What do you want to use it for?
for hauling I would suggest HMLs like you have trained and then fill the lows with cargo expanders. You can fit a shield tank of your flavour in the mids.
Something like this would probably do well:

Thanks to both, the Drake fitting does look quite nice and I will look more into it, the 2 fittings you have describe are what I needed as i intend to do both PvE and PvP, I will keep training my skills so I can use the modules properly, and to the lady under the first post, thanks for your ideas I will also look into that fitting, thanks for your help guys! |

The web drones will only cause a speed reduction of ~15%. Without any propulsion will this be pretty pointless. Try ECM drones.

If i could go back and retrain all my skills i would get rid of missile skills. Missiles have been nerfed to the point that they are completely useless. |

Missles are still the best pve weapon platform for dmg projection and cruises just got a huge buff. |

Heavy Assault missiles are still awesome on Tengu's for PVE/PVP and Drake for PVP.
Rockets and Light missiles are great for frigs and the new destroyers. |
