Asuya has alot of respect for them as we see and fight them often in the HED area always up for a fight and will form up to break a gate camp in record time. 
besides them no one worth mentioning for us...rest of the people we see are just alliance folk...I do myself have a odd sense of respect for IE-EX though and their uncanny ability to be in a gang of some type at all times..never see them alone

In no particular order:
1. Sharks - because they pwn (And the whole of MC TBH)
2. Rage and Terror - some of the best even-numbered fights I've ever had. RAT coming to P3 and staying for a week or two we had battles daily... good stuff.
3. CoC - well, because they use a lot of Domi's in their movies--the best ship in the game!

MC (except Sharks but cause I ve rarely faced them while engaged against MC)

No matter what you think of this alliance, theres no doubt theyll pwn you in ever aspect of PvP, be it forums, local smack, HAC squads, Blob warfare or siggy contests ("Evol made me" sigs rocks!). Theyll also pwn everyone in a slogan contest, "Nice reigon we'll take it" just cant be matched tbh

1. RAT - These guys beat our asses when I was in f-e. We revised our tactics and the fights became more even between us, but they were the only wakeup call we ever got really.
2. MC - These guys can fight! Give them a shot and they will give you a good fight.
3. BoB - Whenever you engage these guys you can expect a large handful of them somewhere nearby, their ability to scramble a fleet/gang is pretty... annoying. :)

MC, In empire wars they are very very (yes double word of effect) good.
S.A.S Very good in there chosen field, Spring the trap, hit hard and get out. (I used to play a lot of AA as [SAS]Shadows, so I have a hard on for the name alone :)
RONA-KIA or was it KIA + RONA, I get confused! Anyhow they are both top class.

The only reason we got our asses handed to us at first was because we had a ratio of 849353 ravens to 1 turret ship. Took us a bit of tweaking to get used to having to counter their tactics, then it was fairly even. I kept having to get up at like 4 AM to get into a fight, good times.

Cult of Cthulu - been on the right and the wrong sides of their guns, they're quite good.
G - Considering their size (large), they hold it together very well. German efficiency for you.
The 5 - Many good pvpers, again, been with them and against them.
