Below you will see what may appear to be a typical recruitment post, but let me make clear that it is a personal invitation for you to join our established community. Let me first say that I have been tasked with finding quality pilots for Blue Tridents. There are many recruitment posts out there, but I feel this is a true search for members of a community, rather than a mass-invite blob hoping to swell our ranks with faceless masses. If you feel like you're what we want after reading this, and wish to speak with a real life human being, please consider contacting any of our diplomacy officers (Raylan Given, Freak Counselone, DemonikUA). Blue Tridents is a friendly corporation run by veteran pilots - the hook here, where other corporations also boast this - is that we have people that genuinely care about your play experience. We are a mature group that enjoys helping pilots learn and enjoy the game. We are affiliated with an 8,000+ pilot coalition with over 80+ systems under control in null sec. It sounds overwhelming to be that large, but I can assure you that I am very satisfied with my place here, and I feel that no one will feel it is too large of a group. The size of the coalition offers ample opportunity, while maintaining a close-knit community feel. We are primarily US-TZ based, but do have a considerable EU presence. What we can offer: Frequently go on PVP roams of all varieties and skill-levels. We'll even train you! Access to Null outposts and POS Orca + Rorqual boosts Incursion Fleet connections Null anomaly sites / Ratting Corporate Buyback Program Ship Replacement Program Have a Teamspeak server which is always active, friendly, and encouraging What we want: Social, friendly, considerate pilots who wish to play with a team. It doesn't matter if you have little combat experience, we want you! Teaching you how to enjoy this game is something we enjoy doing, we want you to be comfortable doing what you find enjoyable. The only requirement we ask is that you have 10 million skillpoints (barring exceptional circumstances). We want PVP pilots. Your killboard ratio isn't as important to us as is your desire to improve, learn, and fly as a team. People lose ships, and we know that in Blue Tridents. What we also know is that the ability to learn from mistakes, coupled with measured teaching, will produce pilots that are the envy of any alliance in space. We want industry pilots. While combat is our focus, we always have a need for Planetary Interaction, POS operation, and manufacturing. Freak Counselone Blue Tridents Sev3rance 0	Posted - 2013.08.08 16:15:00 - [2] - Quote I initially joined with a lower skill point amount, but I did my research and was able to pick up things quite quickly with the support and leadership both the corp and alliance provided. Now I train pilots, coordinate several corp activities, and fly with fleet mates whose capabilities I know when I'm leading. Some corps are too big and new members become a fly on the wall, but Blue Tridents is one corp where you'll know the people around you and they'll know you. As stated above, we're part of a serious PvP alliance, and sooner or later our indy players get the taste of blood and love the atmosphere they've joined. I have approximately 5 years experience in leading guilds & corporations across a number of MMO's and have always run my crews the same way, each time with an awesome amount of success. I've gotten over 100 kills in these 2 weeks, due to amazing coordination and leadership. Flying with these guys has been a blast. The FC's of the corp now their stuff, and we have a ton of experienced FC's in the alliance. Almost anytime of the day, you can find fleet doing SOMETHING. Speaking on the leadership, they have big plans for the future. Mason Jar sat down with me on comms, and we hashed out a training plan that will put me into capital ships very soon. They are also very knowledgeable about how you'll want to fit your ships, if you need it. Need direction in the game? Need pvp experience and training? Want to get your feet wet in a 0.0 alliance with sov? Look no farther! o7

BLTRS is one of the first PvP organizations I've encountered in the game that genuinely values the strength of having indy based pilots. Our region is ripe with opportunities and resources to expand your industry capabilities while supporting one of the best PvP corporations in our Alliance! I like many pilots before me was lost in the insane amount of things to learn when picking this game up. When Blue Tridents came to me, a whole new universe of opportunity in Eve opened up for me! I was already starting to lose focus, and my sense of purpose to continue to play this game. However with the help from this corporation, I was able to get to a better part of space, that is full of opportunity to PVP, Make isk, conduct profitable planetary interaction, and so much more! The community is full of all types of awesome personalities, everyone seems so willing to help. This corporation has experienced players in all aspects of the game. If you have a goal, Blue Tridents will help you meet it. With that said, Blue Tridents has unlimited potential.
