Help please. Stuck at Charachter loggin in screen. Never had this problem before deleted the cache. Hasnt done anything. Someone please help my skill needs switching!

Just give it time, it has happened to me and i waited about 3 mins and it logged in.

The general rule of EVE malfunctions is "Try again". Stuff sometimes fails once, twice, or half a dozen times, and then finally works. There's no rhyme or reason to it.

I've been stuck for 45 minutes now. I've petitioned, tried logging in at least 5 times. Logged on with another character, then back with my other one.
Nothing working right now.

Wouldnt worry about trying to get into game and being stuck. I=m in game and I=m stuck jumping. Been like this for 20 minutes now

yea same prob with me, stuck jumping from a gate now trying to log back in and now "stuck".. petitioned it but waiting on a responce.. taking ages  sat waiting for like 20minutes to log in.. gave up going to play bf2

Ive resigned myself to only playing in mornings, until about 2 pm afternoon (EST). By then Europe starts getting home from work, the west is just getting cranked up and US is going full bore.
It becomes unplayable until about 10 or 11 at night, when i can log back in and unstick myself from my current system, rebuild my lost ship, or return to the agent in question failing the time limit on missions by hours...
Its just the way it is(now) and will be until CCPs new hardware gets a shot at the headroom, and the tweak patches bring it under control.
Go out, get some fresh air, see a movie, eat out for a change, or go curl up with that special someone....
After all, its just a game..

Thanks for the replies guys. I am now in game although it wont let me move my skill to a new one hehe. Just wanted to set a long one going as its our work xmas do tomorrow night and i can see it being a very very late one :-)

If you are stuck ingame, please file a "stuck petition" by pressing either the escape button or f12 button ingame. Alternatively, you can send a petition from the EVE-Online website here. I sympathize with your situation, however please do not create threads on the forums regarding stuck characters.
