I just have a couple of questions regarding the Jovian Empire.
1. How does one get a Jovian ship? Is there a way to buy one? And if so, where? (And what are the skills?) Eidolon Enigma Phantom Specter Visitant Wraith
2. How does one get to the section of the map labeled "Jovian Empire"?
3. Are there other obscure non-playable aliens in the game? And if so, what? |

1. Become a CCP employee with dev hax.
2. See 1.
3. Jove are human, but more advanced. There have also been the Talocan, Yan Jung, and Takmahl. By and large they pre-date the current empires, but were definitely humans from earth. Next to nothing is known about any of them. There's also the Sleepers, who if I recall correctly may or may not be an offshoot of the Jove. |

Not as long as a dev doesn't give you the Jove ships and the Jove skills to use them there that i doubt ever will happen. My current EVE videos.

Sleepers or also known as Architects were designed in the idea they would travel light years away to restart the jove empire away from disease. They were put into a stasis sleep during travel but their minds were in a world of their own living normal lives in an computerized world the ressembled their own. All were linked so they all shared the same space. |

Jove ships don't exist. If you don't forget about them now your memory will be erased back to 7 : 54 AM, 7 December, 2002 |

1, Acquiring Jovian ships is as impossible as acquiring the skills to fly them - the closest a player can get at present is either the SoCT ships (the Gnosis and Apotheosis) or by somehow getting a sanctioned character with access to Polaris vessels (ISD, GM)... At which point you're not really a player any more.
2, The only way, at present, is to be on one of the teams of an Alliance Tournament or New Eden Open as the fights occur in a Jovian System.
3, There are no aliens in the game - or at least none with higher intelligence (Fedos, Hanging Long Limbs and so forth are aliens but not in the sense you imply). All of the races are descended from the Terran Humans who first settled the New Eden Cluster. Among these are the five current Empires (Gallente, Caldari, Minmatar, Amarr and Jovian), certain more minor groups (notably the Khanid), the ancient races (some of whom may be the same race at different points in their history) notable for their COSMOS involvement (Tak Mahl, Talocan, Sleepers and Yan Jung). Finally there are the enigmatic "Human? Not anymore..." Enheduanni. |

iirc, back in the day you could fly jovian ships on sisi. you just had to train a bunch of skills.
oh, and, they still need to be v3'd, ccp. i'd love to see a v3'd eidolon "Imagine if the bars to your prison were all you had ever known. Then one day, someone appears and unlocks the door. If they have the power to do this, then are they really the liberator? You never remembered who it was that closed you in." - Ior Labron |

There is a certain amount of doubt AFAIK - The Sleepers have been linked with the Talocan for example... And there is the suggestion that multiple races/cultures seperated by both distance and time are referred to as Sleepers which leads to a degree of confusion. |
