I know what you mean. But when you are playing eve check the left side of your NeoCom, there is a clock there and apparently they are following that timer, wich is 1 hour off (if I am not mistaken since I am not around atm) ---

It's confused many a person in the past. Not least those people who forget when the clocks move forward or back and end up being an hour late / early for work on Monday morning!

I'm half-convinced they should just call it Iceland time, because then nobody would have reason to get confused.
Now, as for a reason to call it Iceland time, I have no idea... --

I find it amusing how many people put the clocks forward and back an hour, yet don't remember we are only on GMT here for 6 months of the year.
Of course, the other areas of the world on GMT don't do that, so the clock is fixed to GMT.

There is still a problem if you use UTC or call it Iceland time, that a proportion of people who end up using it don't know how to convert to their local timezone.
It's a matter of not everyone knowing what they need to, unfortunately, and the constant need to educate. --
