The addition of the new snowball launchers is once again making Caldari ships stupidly overpowered. Now not only can they tank supremely well, but the Raven and Cerberus are now the ice damage kings - I just saw a single Raven tank the damage from 2 armas, a thron and a tempest, all while doing so much damage with its full rack of snowball launchers that it forced all 4 of them to run. The fitting requirements are even worse, they are so easy to fit without having to use any low slots to boost cpu or grid. I cant wait to see just how invincible you make them with tech 2 launchers and snowballs.
This is absurd CCP, showing just how much you favour the Caldari YET AGAIN.
Im about to cancel my sub, if it doesnt change.

Not to mention the fact that Gallente have NO ABILITY TO FIRE SNOWBALLS. Come on CCP, Caldari get all the snowball bonuses and Gallente get nothing but weak ice resistance. Once again Gallente get shafted while Caldari reign supreme.

Yeah, I just found out that the Manticore can fire 3 snowballs at once while the other stealth bombers only have 2. This massive difference in snowball DPS must be corrected at once! I propose the other bombers get a snowball launcher -specific bonus.
Yarrr! Or something.

A snowball launcher fits *any* hi slot - it doesn't need to be a launcher slot. Actully, that means Caldari don't have any advantage over the other races.

Errhmm, did you TRY??? They don't require a launcher slot. Just fitted mine on a Sigil.. :)

I am caldary pilot and all I can say is that Caldary are the last again.
We suppose to be kings of launchers but even Apoc can install 8 snowball launchers.
We need special anti-snowball-apoc ship because I can`t kill Apoc with my snowball Raven.
It`s a shame and I`m going to cancel all my accounts now.

Adapt or die people. If you can't handle the raven snowball/tank machine then you need to make adjustments to your setups. Fit smartbombs to melt the snow. Defenders surely work on the snowballs too. I hope you people saying you're canceling really do. Eve will be better without you.

A good tactic is to fly near the sun for several minutes, Get your ship good and hot then warp in and blast away. Inbound balls melt before impact thus sustaining a good tank.

Is there any way to get more snowballs then the initial 100 i recieved with my launcher this morning? Do we get replenished daily? and can someone organize i giant snowball fight in kisogo at the noob station later. we can all come in and gank the guys, and they will probably get scared, fight back, and get concordokkened.
BTW the frozen corpses statement made my day too

Yeah they can totally outsnipe and outdamage everything out there, they just make the Raven so uber at every distance, its not funny anymore.
Look at this highly detailed and well researched graph I've made, comparing the Megathron to the Raven - Its just totally unfair that such a large gap could possibly be deliberately created.

There are plenty of implants for turret users, and even missile implants have finally made an appearance, but what about us dedicated snowball users?
