I have seen loads of members from the other 0.0 alliances, [G]/IRON, FE, RED, ASCN, The Five, etc, in empire. In the whole 6 months of playing this game i have only once run into a BoB member in empire. So i guess you VC peeps are out of luck... Just camp the exits to their space. Surely there will be some BoB coming in and out of the entrance/exits to their space.
