I was doing a deadspace mission in Dresi. I decided to warp out, and entered warp, however I kept taking damage, to the point that when I exited warp I blew up!!!! I lost my raven and all of my modules. This absolutely sucks!!!

This happens all the time. You need to warp sooner.

Yes, I petitions something similar to this awhile back and got the raven returned. You should too. I have another petition due to lag - no response in 4 days :(

Lucky you. I petitioned the same thing a few months ago and got told there was nothing they could do. "The logs didn't show enough information." I guess they've corrected that little issue with the logs. To bad they haven't gone back and said sorry to the people they did nothing for.

Of course it wouldn't. That would be pointless. But not everything in this world is about stuff. It's more like when you, Khalii, knock your little sister or brother down. Even though saying, "I'm sorry" dosn't make them cry any less, it's still the right thing to do.

The lag situation is a bit stupid. I just took out a 300 mil mega with my ferox. Now i woulda give myself 50/50 anyways,but where is the fun in shooting up a target that is neither tanking, nor firing back. I killed him anyways mind .. sorry!

This issue is, though. You petitioned because you had lost stuff. You were understandably annoyed that you couldn't get that stuff back. Quote:

Only child, but I take your point. Even so, my point is simply that we know that there are problems and general apologies have been issued. Wanting CCP to go cap in hand to each player individually begging forgiveness is a bit redundant. If they've responded to your petition and told you why they can't help you, what more can they do? We none of us have any reason to believe you didn't lose the stuff you say you lost - but there're plenty of people out there who'd exploit them if they took this sort of thing on trust.
