Has anoyone else experienced this bug:
After undocking the drone control interface fails to appear or doesn't appear until a long period of time passes.
The work around I found is logging while in space and then relogging. This causes the interface to appear. Any other work arounds out there? Any fixes? Is this only happening to the Ishkur?
The Ishkur is a drone ship. Having it unable to control drones would just make piloting it plain . . .

it's a bug..happens to me sometimes though it's gotta a lot better recently.
Try launching ur drones from drone bay, that makes the interface pop up.

it's happened to me a couple times in other ships
the problem is that the drone control interface (at the bottom of ur overview) simply doesn't exist until u warp somewhere else

Happens on and off to any ship with drones.
A useful workaround is to set 'open drone bay' to a key or key combo using the 'shortcuts' tab in the ESC-key menu.
Once you open your drone bay this way, you can r-click launch a drone in there and the drone control interface appears in the usual place.

I get this on all my ships when using drones. Just warp off somewhere and it appears a while after. It also appears when someone else brings out thier drones near where you are.
But yes, it is annoying, please fix.

Open the cargo hold and the drone interface show up, it's alot faster then reloging

anyone bug report it?
I saw it on my ishtar, but thought it was lag related as I was in 'slideshow mode' at the time

5 times recently I thought I had forgotten to scoop my drones in my rupture due to this bug - most annoying.
Thanks for the cargo-bay suggestion, I'll give it a try next time I get the bug

Thanks for all the replies . . . its nice to know that I wasn't alone in this problem.
Bug report was made . . .
Cosmo's 'fix' is exactly what I was looking for.
