Hi there,
Got a quick question. I'm a Caldari, but as I specialize in Amarr ships, I would prefer to do Amarr missions too. However all level 1 Amarr agents are unavailable to me. How do I get them to give me some missions?
Also, if it's possible for me to work for the Amarr, can someone please recommend me an Amaar station that has two high quality level 1 agents in it?
Thanks much in advance. :)

I am not particularly sure but my suggestion would be to find an Amarr tutorial agent and run their missions to get an agent 10.0 standing and then the level 1 missions should become available

Unless they changes something, you can only use a tutorial agent of your own race. Used to be way bcak that you could do any of them and when finshed, come out with a 2.0 standing to that faction. The good ole days :)
As far not being able to do missions for another race, I don't know. I do them for 3 different races and I know others who have only played the game for a few months who do them with more than one race. Unless they changed that with the RMR patch I would think you should be able to.
Good luck

Doing caldari missions raises ur Amarr standing slightly...
Thus, either just do caldari missions for a few weeks then switch to a good amarr agent OR get that connection skill up. |

You only need [(Agent Level - 1) * 2] + (Agent Quality * 5) / 100 corporation or faction standing to access any mission agent. For a lvl 1/q 0 agent, that's exactly...0. Which is what you start out with.
If - for some reason - you have negative faction standing with the Amarr Empire, train Diplomacy and you'll raise your standing way above 0 and will have access to even better agents, though still only at lvl 1. Once you have positive standing, train Connections.
You can search for agents by level, quality and standing requirements as well as location and distance from any system in the universe with Grismar's EVE Explorer even in-game.

First, train social to at least lvl 3 and then connections. It makes a huge difference to the calculated standing and the % standing increase when you do missions. This is what you need to get access to better agents faster.
To find an agent - look at the Show Info of some Amarr corps and on the Agents tab, look in all categories for something available to you. At first, they will all be quality 0 or worse, but that will change after a couple days of doing missions for them. You have to put in your time to get the reward. Pick an agent that is in a system not too far from you and go and do missions for him, one after the other, for an evening. At the end of the evening look at that corp's info again and you will probably see some quality 7 or 8 agent available somewhere. Again , pick the one in the closest system to you and go and spend the next evening being his servant.
Within 2-3 nights of doing this I guarantee you will have access to some quality 17-18 lvl 1 missions and within 4-5 you'll have access to some low quality lvl 2's.
Good luck!

Get connection 3 or so then start on some level 1 agents of what ever race you like.

Get social and connections skills up, that increases your standing for whatever side your working for.
Also, get Diplomacy skill up, as it will increase your standing to hostile agents, allowing you to work for agents from the factions you have low or negative standing with
