Taken from a google search and found on the old forums. (Disclaimer: This may or may not be the exact number. Seen a few different answers but this seems the most unofficial legitimate answer.)
Quote:High sec: 1090 Low sec: 817 0.0: 3524 (of which 230 are not connected) W-space: 2499
High sec + Low sec = Empire: 1907 Empire + 0.0 = K-space: 5431 K-space + W-space = Total: 7930 (Link to original post for clarification)
Basically my question is this: Has anyone ever visited them all, or is it impossible?
Myself, only three months old, have whizzed around system to system and covered a few (not all) of Empire space and some Lowsec systems. Have any older characters visited every system in the game or is it something that has never been achieved. I know there is a map option in game that allows you to see all the systems one has visited. It would be interesting to know who has visited the most? Quoted from Doc Fury: "Concerned citizens: Doc seldom plays EVE on the weekends during spring and summer, so you will always be on your own for a couple days a week. Doc spends that time collecting kittens for the on-going sacrifices, engaging in reckless outdoor activities, and speaking in the 3rd person." |

Interesting question, but I would be skeptical of all claims to fame on this.
No way of proving, at all.
I will theorize though that not all Wormholes have been visited yet. That's a strange place indeed. |

What are you waiting for? EVE won't explore itself. Also it isn't possible to visit all of them, some are in Jove space I think. I am pretty sure someone got pretty far and even had a blog about it. pâ+(*GîÆGêçGîÆ*)n+ë pü+(pé£GêçpÇü-¦)pü+ (GùòGÇ+GùòG£+) |

Over my several years in this game, between living in multiple parts of highsec, lowsec and null.. I have assets strewn across the galaxy in probably 100 systems.. some have nothing more than a shuttle that I may have left when I moved.. but even at that, I have yet to explore the vast majority of the systems in this game. The majority of the southern nullsec area is completely alien to me and I've only been in maybe ~20 WH's over the years. http://www.soundboard.com/sb/Very%20best%20of%20Makalu%20Zarya
The best advice I can give any Eve player, new or old, is to never ever ever read the general discussion subforum. It is a cancer on this game and should just be deleted. |

Perhaps some people have seen all of them, including the WH's... But the second question is would they even know they have? I can't really see any reason in knowingly visiting every system in EVE, checking each one of them as you go... In the map there is a option to highlight all the systems that you've visited. One could theoretically screencap that, but they can't prove they've been in all of W-Hole space. |

Cheers for the replies so far guys. William Walker wrote:What are you waiting for? EVE won't explore itself. Also it isn't possible to visit all of them, some are in Jove space I think. I am pretty sure someone got pretty far and even had a blog about it. Definitely a topic I am interested in accomplishing. (Not quite just yet, I have other goals).
This quote seems to answer my main question: Has anyone done it? 500k (ish) subs, someone had to have right??? Would be good if we could get someone on this thread who has visited the most amount of systems.
Also, I have had a look via the ingame map system but I haven't spotted anything. Is there a way (short of counting it yourself which could be difficult) of knowing how many systems one has visited. It shows on the map "systems I've visited", but no x amount of system out of x is shown anywhere. (Unless I am being blind).

If the map can keep a record of where a player has been, then it's possible for CCP to know who's visited all of the known mapped stars, and who's found the most wormholes, etc, etc. Maybe it's not an important stat for them. Perhaps there aren't any special plans to commemorate such an achievement. Watch this space.-á New exciting signature in development. |

In K-space its quite easy, and the map can show you where you have been. W-space is another matter, its certainly possible but would require an awful lot of effort and there would be no easy way to prove it. |

I remember one person who visited all of k-space, then when w-space was introduced he said something like, "See you in a year or so."
I believe he completed the journey, and has pictures to prove it (he took a picture in every system he visited).
Unfortunately I can't remember the name, or find the link to his website. Anybody else remember it?
EDIT: I recently saw a site where another person has done the same. Never bookmarked that one, as in my mind it had already been done. |

There is an option in the map system that shows you how many times you've visited systems. That's for kspace. wspace is a bit trickier. |

Pretty much this^
In reply to my post however. It seems that it has been done and that if one wanted to do it, it would be a case of printscreening the systems and making a log of it all. Especially for W-Space.
Tau Cabalander wrote:I remember one person who visited all of k-space, then when w-space was introduced he said something like, "See you in a year or so." I'm guessing it would take about that just to find everysingle wormhole. There would be a lot of "running into your previous tracks" I'm guessing. "Myself" is a reflexive pronoun and should never be used as the subject in a sentence. (except that one) A reflexive pronoun must "reflect" back on the subject. So, you can touch yourself or I can cause myself forum pain by pointing out your error, but myself, yourself, and itself cannot take action on their own. There are cases where a reflexive pronoun won't "reflect" back on the subject, but that is when the subject is implied. Example: Don't embarrass yourself by sounding like a U.S. Army officer that thinks that "myself" is the cool new way to begin every sentence. |

Funnily enough, you tend to see the same wormholes over and over due to the way they connect.
I am not the person to give you the science / math / formulas behind it, but if you live in a C5, you're going to see a lot of C5s, C3s and C2s, where as a C1 dweller will find high secs and C2.
Go google how wormholes connect (some classes are nothing more than corridors between wormholes only opening up to other wormholes).
As for visiting all of the Known space, hell I've not even visited every high sec system yet. I'm a fan of closing some of the gates down and letting players create islands for themselves (even in high sec) --- GÇ£If you think this Universe is bad, you should see some of the others.GÇ¥ GÇò Philip K. **** |

I did not know that about wormholes. I just assumed that you could get to any wormhole from anywhere haha. I shall now go to google as you suggested and I will attempt to find out. The "system I've visited" in the in-game map is very nice! Also show you the frenquency of visit!
My only gripe with it is that I've been in Jove space! (Alliance tournament) but it didn't register in my visited system!

You can pull the info from API afaik. Used to have a link that would generate a map of where you have been.
I'd love to be able to get a list of all the WH systems i've been in. I'd be willing to bet i've been to every c6 and the vast majority of C5s but no clue how many of the lower classes i've been in. |

Best thing I have found so far in regards to where WH's open and what not. Wormhole Identification: 9 tables explaining which can lead to where...
(I actually put off using Evelopedia because I know it's a bit crappy at the moment. But in this case, it has been rather useful.) This 2012 thread discusses people who have visited every non-WH system. And a guy who did that and was starting on WH systems. Maybe not in that thread, but I saw some player's screen shot of every system on the map lit up showing he'd been there.
Note: Another player said that he didn't get credit for systems he went through on autopilot. They didn't light up on his map the next day. |

Interesting to know about that 2012 thread, cheers!
As for the AP function not showing on the visited systems in the map, theory could possibly be that CCP understand that when somepeople autopilot, they leave the keyboard, so its a precaution against "visiting" a system. I dunno with that last part, pure speculation Quoted from Doc Fury: "Concerned citizens: Doc seldom plays EVE on the weekends during spring and summer, so you will always be on your own for a couple days a week.
