Shattered Light is a growing corporation looking for new members in all divisions: Manufacturing, Mining and Trading, Military and Diplomatic. We are interested in all kinds of members - miners, mission runners, ratters and PvPers. All members enjoy the benefit of strong team work, good organization and help in meeting their personal goals. Our corporation will soon be moving back out to 0.0 and we need a strong, active membership base to do that.
Shattered Light's leadership is composed of a core of experienced and veteran members who have spent time in 0.0 and been part of some of the largest alliances in the Eve Universe. They know how to get things done and how to achieve the lofty goals most people want to be a part of - running stations, purchasing and operating capital ships and surviving in Alliance-controlled space. If you've dreamed of those things, this is your opportunity!
Employees can expect the benefit of a structured environment where the corporation goals are well known, leadership is transparent and their personal goals are important. The Corporation works to provide members with all of the equipment and materiel they need to carry out their jobs as well as assistance in acquiring their own personal equipment. Never seen such an organized structure. You must do this in RL.
Where are you based ?
Are you part of an alliance and if so which one ?
I am approaching my 1st year in the Galaxy with almost 8m SP. I'm mainly combat orientated with specialisation in EW, cloaking, and can fly Min/Ammar/Caldari frigs, Amarr/Cadari cruisers, Ammar/Caldari BS's. If I mine I can use a med barge.
After having enough of alliance wars and the pointless blob wars, I'm looking for a close knit independant and active corp with an eye to enjoying Eve.
I'm experienced enough to survive in lowsec or 0.0 and have a tactical mind for PVP, I don't believe in throwing ships away. Fighting should be for an aim, not because you're bored.
Having a corp with good ideals is easy, attracting enough good people to make it work is hard.

We have found that a little organization helps people to understand what their role is and more clearly focus on their goals and thereby advance faster and basically have more fun. All of the management 'work' is done by the leadership and the division chiefs so most members never have to deal with it. But those who are interested in the process are welcome to contribute by taking an active part, and we have a mechanism whereby individuals can have their voices heard in matters of corporate policy.

By the way, the Shattered Light Logistics division still has openings in R&D. Experienced researchers and manufacturers are well appreciated to keep the SHLT war machine lubed up!

Do you have many players online after DT?
(It is amazing how hard it is to find a corp online at this time...even more amazing considering there is usually 10,000 people logged on by 1:00pm EVE Time

I am not personally on during that time, but some of our Euro members might be. I'd say right now about 20 to 25% of our members are euro (we now have over 40 members, this thread is a bit dated.)
