I wish I could force my belief on to others. I could force others to see Aurum as evil. Or maybe I could just go through life without using it and without worrying about it or not caring that it exists. Why should anyone care about it?
Next you'll say Plex is evil cause people have to use money to buy isk. Isn't plex just like the NeX store? You have to spend money to get it. It lets you buy things in game. That's so different to the NeX store. |

That's the next wave. They want you to buy a full all-grey military outfit first. Then they release new stuff that you have to buy as well to look different from the crowd. It's a business plan, plain and simple.
Protip: Stay with the standard grear. The more AUR they throw at players, the more unique your outfit will be. |

You already posted right now so you do have time in your life to **** about Aurum. Your offer of buying something from NeX store to get rid of Aurum is exactly what CCP wants you to do. Get rid of NeX store along with Aurum.
Main reason i'm not creating alt account is the presence of that NeX store and Aurum in game. I don't trust CCP statements when they go completely out of tune with their actions. You listen to playerbase? You improve? What is that MT store doing in subscription based niche game like EVE. Get rid of it. |

i like children, but i couldnt eat a whole one. so a burger would work.
so when can we trasnfer this aur stuff? i have 42.5k of this stuff clogging up my accounts and as much as i hate the store and the idea behind it. i would spend it if i could pile it up

I'll give you credit for using such an example given my pro-animal right's stance (EDIT: Guessing that what you were hinting at, misread first time). But I think they're very different. If ChildMeatBurgers Inc gave me free money, which is what essentially what AUR is from CCP, then I wouldn't complain about being given the free cash. I'd complain about the business and their practices.
Although they're two very different enterprises I can kind of see now what you're all trying to get at now. I still think it's a bit of a worthless discussion though. Kind of distracts us from some of the bigger issues. |
