I see you've had no luck so far so I'll give this one a shot. May also be out of your price range. I'd be willing to let it go for 16.5Bil. Price possibly negotiable. I personally refer the Golem. =)

18 Bil is a good price for this toon considering you wont find the quality of implants she has on many other toons. Can't go lower, but she's perfect for lvl4's and pvp. she'll move into armor tanking but excels in shields.
If you change your mind and invest 3 bil more, she's yours :) |

I have something that might interest you. Myself, and for your price range.
Advantage of mine over all other characters. I am a full-scale, all-out Caldari Pilot meaning, yoou will have all ELITE Shield certificates and Missiles/Torps Elite certs that you will need for the Rattlesnake.
I have Cruise Missiles lvl 5.
The only thing is, I do not have sentry drones V, however, he is ready to train them now and it should not take long. I got all the required drones skills and at good skill levels, for you to take over.
On my Sale site, you see someone already offered 9.2 bio isk. I am looking to sell it today still.

I want to apologize deeply, but I just saw, in order to fly the Rattlesnake as well, you need a few additional skills I have not yet trained.
However, those skills require:
2 days 21h 26minutes. (Caldari destroyer III, Gallente Frigatte and Cruiser III and Gallente Battleship I)
I totally confused the Rattlesnake with the Navy Scorpion here, for which I want to apologize. However, it would still not be a bad deal, considering the few more extra days, but I once again apologize, and understand if you retract your buyout offer. |
