The best FW corp in the Minmatar-Amarr FW zone has got to be Minmatar Sentry Gun, or maybe Amarr Sentry Gun. Those guys are on so many killmails.

I hear on the Cal-Gal warzone the Caldari Navy is pretty afk...guess they lost the will to fight after we hit tier 1.
On a more serious note, in the Cal-Gal warzone, I'd say for the factions:
JUSTK and QCATs are awesome, period, as are a select few individuals from Villore.
I'd be called biased but I would like to think Templis honors all fights as a proper alliance should. A good tie would have to be B2K, despite their ability to also play devil's advocate.

Lies, everyone knows that Rifterlings has been on a path to become the next WBR/SoTF for the past year. I have to admit though, PVPing on your cyno toons with minimal frigate/small gunnery skills is a pretty smart way to stay busy while you train your capital alts.
