Hello,
Ever since RMR was applied I have been experiencing a strange bug where
the actual 3d (NOT the GUI) just flashes and then the background looks
strangely zoomed in and *all* objects becomes centralized on the screen
and you cant move the camera around,
The ONLY ways i have experiencing fixing this is docking with a station, relogging or jumping a gate.
Which can be rather hard to do sometimes..

Also,
Since RMR was applied i have had several other performance issues,
one being strange extreme FPS drop down whenever im about to lock somebody
An example is,
Im in this system with 2 friends, its completely lagfree and all good
someone come in, i start lock and bang, extreme fps loss, but after a while
it comes back up a bit, not entirely as good as before, but better.
I have also had random game freezes and sometimes strange things gets rendered on my screen,
like sudden line can appear and then disappear in a matter of a second
And no i have not been able to run the logserver or such,
As far as i know it seems rather resource intensive to run and
i cant really replicate these bugs, they just randomly show up after a totally random play time
My computer specs are:
AMD Athlon XP 2700+
512 DDR
GeForce FX 5200

I have also experienced this problem, the only difference being mine only happens when in gangs PvP'ing and instead of all the objects in the centre of the screen they all appear in one spot at top of screen, you cannot move the camera around however it is only the Background that is affected and the overview/text boxes are fine...i also found that the only way to fix was relogging or moving system to refresh the screen, i was going to reinstall eve hoping to fix the problem but not sure if it will work 
Also, i have been getting the problem were strange things are rendered on my screen were last night just jumping through systems i had large grey lines blocking some of the screen but dissapear as you move camera angles..
i Did not take a screeny of this but its the same as Xealot but with the objects at the top of screen instead of middle..
PC specs:
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
2x512 DDR
GeForce 6600 GT

i have been getting the same issues, i already tried posting once and it failed so this will be short and to the point
my specs:
amd athlon xp3200+ barton
1 gb (2x512) GeiL dragon value
gigabyte GA7-N400 Pro 2
ati raddeon 9800pro (128mb)
akasa paxpower silent 480watt
direct x 9.0c
i have never had these issues before RMR, only now do i get them,
i had Catalyst 5-11 installed, removed them, installed the latest Omega, (based on catalyst 5-12), then reverted to catalyst 5-8, with all the drivers i have had the same issues, of which are exactly the same as both described above.
besides a very low +5 rail and a slightly low +12 rail on my PSU, and past heating issues, i cant offer and suggestion as to why this is happening besides 'RMR', perhaps the coming client patch will fix this issue?

i found a possible fix
i have noticed today when the camera zooms way out and such, i move the camera by holding down LMB, then zoom in/out with LMB + RMB, and it restores back to normal view but WAAY zoomed out, zoom back in.. and back to normal :D

I have the same problem with the super camera zoom.
Unfortunatly the fix listed here doesn't seem to work for me. To make matters worse this seems to happen more and more often every time I play, I've even seen it happen while docked.
If anyone knows of a real fix please let us know. Thanks.

I think the devs need to rollback the live server 1 patch, and make sure that patch is compatable with all GPUS (I have fully updated drivers and im getting problems with my gpu after a short period of playing eve)

This is an old bug and has been around for a couple of years. What happens is than you get stuck in zoom mode and chan't get out unless you go through a session change.
A bit hard to reproduce but it somethimes happens when your doing stuff with both mousebuttons at the same time.

So I take you guys are working on this one? I only had it once and it is pretty annoying for sure.

Yea I can't seem to find a pattern, although it does seem to happen when im in a gang more often than not. I believe (although am not certain) that i've had it happen when not even at the machine. I've definatly had it happen while docked in station. So it might not be entirely mouse driven.
I am using one of those Razor gaming mices, and have their custom mouse config software installed, if thats any help.

here are some more things that DO NOT WORK to fix this bug.
1) Installing a new video card and updating the drivers.
2) Updating your BIOS.
3) Updating Windows or reinstalling.
Seems the only things that do work are what was mentioned above. (Docking, jumping or relogging). I get the same bug and when I click in the screen, the targetting goes directly to the top center of the screen. PLEASE PLEASE HELP US!
