hi
The title says it all.
I wanted to try those amarr COSMOS agents today.
I read plenty of guides recently, found a list of appropriate agents and so on.
So I went to jakri where three Level1 COSMOS agents are located. I have 9.0 effective standing with them (displayed in the conversation window)
But the one guy says there is already another pilot flying for him.
And the other two say they don't have anything at the moment.
I can't find anything in all the guides about another prerequisite that prevents me from talking to them.
Can someone help me?

I had the same for gallente
went to another cosmos agent done his missions.
Gone back to the L1 agent and it did have a mission for me.
The last of the 3 L1 agents still doesn't have a mission for me

Been told that those are not normal Lvl1 agents, the one in the frig and cruiser needs a 9.2 standing and the BS one needs a 9.8 from what I hear. But give out so real nice BPC's

got 2 run navy slicer bpc from the frig guy and 2 run navy aug bpc from the one in the cruiser
haven't got the bs one to talk yet though.
my stnading at that time was 9.25 including skills

You know you cant speak to some of the agents untill you have complete a string of missions for another, you have to be refered from another agent to use some of them, this might be the case for the one your trying to speak to, go do some other agent missions in the area, and yo umight get a mission to go speak to the one your having problems with.

This is lame. By the time somebody has 9.2 standing with a faction, they are flying around in battleships and assault cruisers, doing lev.4 missions. Which is exactly what I've been doing, but because all my friends are Minmatar, I do Min. missions and so my standing with Amarr sucks. I was hoping Cosmos missions would be a fun and interesting way to get some Amarr standing back, but apparently I need to put away my battleship and buy a frigate, and start doing regular lev.1 Amarr missions (which will be very profitable, I'm sure).
Does anybody know of *any* Amarr Cosmos agents who will take a low-standing mission runner?
