In theory... The game database does contain +6 and +7 implants (advanced and elite respectively) but they have never been available in game. I doubt they will ever be available either. So yeah, in theory...

If you want fast skill training the best way is to optimize your skill plans. If you constantly train at 2700/h you will advance way faster than average. Of course that makes your character near useless in it's first year. |

Wait, weren-Št +6 implants actually implemented in the ancient times and only later on removed (meaning there are still oldtimers around with such implants in their head)?

This is incorrect, They are in game. A corp mate of mine actually has a set of +6 implants in one of his clones. Apparently, he chooses to never leave station with that clone =P |
