So the Goonswarm Ice Interdiction was supposed to start 2 days ago, as posted here: http://themittani.com/news/cfc-announces-caldari-ice-interdiction

Apparently, Goonswarm is going to launch a massive Ice belt ganking operation focused specifically on the ice used to make nitrogen isotopes.

Yet, I have not seen any market trend indicating that an ice interdiction has begun.

So I'm wondering, did they call it off? Or were they just not nearly as effective as they made it sound like they would be?
Or has the interdiction truly begun, and the market has yet to be effected by it?

if what I read on a certain website holds true, it seems that the goons have shockingly lost all ganking-talents. Guess, after bashing TEST it's tremendously challenging to gank some miners. At least I'd have expected them to gank this Goblin dude.

I keep two alts in two different systems with white glaze belts for certain purposes and I notice that these Caldari belts still get mined out.

When I poke in the belt themselves around there is still plenty of people mining.

So its not like this has actually stopped ice from being mined.

Yeah, but he wants to be ganked. That way he can screenshot it and post about it, and show how goons buckled to his words. When he's willing to man up an put some actual assets on the line, he can command a kill from us. Until then, his procurer can remain in the field picking up his maximum of 58 ice blocks (17.8m) per hour.

If the interdiction was cancelled, the topes prices would be back to regular level. They are not. We will see if the stockpiles dries up after a little while to start a new hike.

Err, so now Goons player-created content is the equivalent of the Bloomberg Report?

Err, no. Goons say there's going to be an ice interdiction, people pile in and buy Caldari ice. The price goes up. Goons do nothing. The market eventually drops back down when people start selling their stock.

Half the fun is chasing the Goons around and trying to ***** in on the killmails, thanks for the fun CFC.

no its telling you CFC guys you suck and should start shoot eachother instead of boring suicide ganking, man honestly you flower power alliance out there makes the game boring, stop crawling eachothers balls and start fighting

its rediculous, just yesterday i was sneaking up on a 30+ fleet of yours, I thought you guys waiting for a big ambush, 20 minutes it did take after one solo ship jumped in and you engaged all hysterical like you had the fight of your life

I did not launch my bomb because i thought that is just the beginning, but no, you 30 people waited just for this one ship and warped out after that, this is rediculous, stop that ****, you can not be that bad

He doesn't have to lose his catalyst shooting cynoships in nullsec, why would he.

And yes strangely, he loses his manticore nearly every time he engages. He'd actually do better if he only lost a catalyst each time.
