For fun I took a level 1 qual -19 Amarr agent and did a mission for him. I have low Amarr standing but I happened to end a mission and this guy was there, so I thought why not. The mission gave me a whopping 5 lp.
Next day he offers me 10 Mechanical Parts for the bargain rate of 4340 isk and 2 lp 
I'm amazed the offer table goes so low. Anyone ever get a 1 lp offer that they can recall?

Pretty sure there are 1LP offers; they're in so that you can completely wipe out your loyalty bank with an agent, once you're done with him. I've never bothered to take any though; I have agents all over the cosmos with <100 LPs owing to me.

I am sure that if you could force your agent to give you an offer rather than running another mission (and earning more LP) that you would see a few 1pt offers just so that you could finally clear your LP with that agent.
I just wish that they would let you converse with your agent once every 24 hours and request an offer without running a mission. :/

yup, there's 1 lp offers
i did a single mission for a quafe company agent, and he's been bugging me ever since with offers to buy 4 quafe off of him...

I would be very much interested in how you keep getting LP offers without doing more missions. Every single one of my agents will not give me another offer after accepting/declining one till I do another mission for him/her.

For 1 LP, you get some Reports, or 100 Rockets.

no clue how i got multiple offers from the one agent. but for some reason i am. and he's the only agent doing it. i got 138 units of quafe for the first offer, a veldspar mining crystal for the second. and 3 offers now for the quafe for the final lp left with him...all off of doing one simple courier run.
it would be nice if either he hushed up or other agents i never use randomly offer me something again

Depends what you mean by 'lowest'
I had this offer the other day: Drone parasite.
160klp... +400 elite AI.... for the +5 damage all turrets (nice but nobody is gona pay more then 300 million for it)
Now at market rates, thats 400 million for the chips, and say 160 million per lp on the general exchange rate.
560 million for something that you will be lucky to fetch 300 for.......
Before you say run more of the imformant mission, iv'e never come close to having 400 chips from the start of it... probaly around 300 at most....
Imho the offer was not the best
