Anybody knows a bit of this one and how many stages/why it may take so long to finish ??? Can it be made solo ?
Infiltrated Outposts
Mission briefing
Its those damned rogue drones again! They never seem to
get enough!
This time its big. Two of our main mining facilities in the
system have been completely overrun by rogue drones. If
you can go clear them out perhaps we can save some of
the miners and perhaps even the facilities themselves.
Please don't fail me on this one, those facilities provide a
large portion of both our incomes and it would be a big loss
to both of us if they were lost.
Overview and Objectives
The following objectives must be completed to finish the mission:
Kill Objective
Destroy all rogue drone structures and the surrounding drones.:

2 stages. Took me about 30min to finish mission. Can be done solo, but suggest you keep your distance on stage 2 to 70-80k.

HOW DO YOU NOT WARP INTO THE DRONE STRUCTURE???????
I have lost more than one well fitted Raven to this mission because I warp into the Drone Structure and get stuck. This causes two groups(3 Supremes) to Aggro me. NO escape. Even with a suport Scorpion sending 960 Shields every 4.75 seconds, they STILL break the tank AND there are scrambler Drones.
ANY suggestion here would be nice as I like the loot you get from this mission...

What hardening are you using?

Approach the warp gate in first lvl, fly 2200m LEFT of it, then activate as you are continuing to go fly lfet of it, this will send you away from the drone building thingie.

Not to mention that post RMR is much easier as the new version of Supremes area joke... if you are well tanked you dont risk even in the unlucky case of aggroing whole stage and being stuck

those drone structures also contain a lot of polygons, destroy them for less lag.
ripper/marauder drones, target and kill em first while flying away, warp-aligned.

Aye, destroy the massive structures straight away. It makes client lag less dangerous and makes aligning for warp easier (possible!!).
Plus this mission has great loot. About 20m worth of drone minerals (3500 units of zydrine for example). Gonna try it fo rthe first time post RMR later today.

This mission is not that hard if you just snipe. Fitting an AB is good  It can certainly be done solo.

I've done this one quite a few times in a Tempest or Machariel fitted with 1400's, the loot/minerlas alone make it worthwhile but throw in 10k+ lp's and it's got to be the most lucrative mission around. I've found that the first stage sometimes aggros (the minor bunch of rogues) but the second very rarely does so in each case I get to about 100km and open up with proton ammo as they fly right down my guns.
I must be fortunate in that I've never got stuck in the structures and the several times that the second stage has aggro'd me I got out ok and just came back in a cruise raven. If I can stick with the 1400's the mission takes a little under half an hour abd the loot collecting a little longer.

Yeah I got stuck and lost a Raven myself a long while ago. Thought it was piloting error on my side, though, but now I remember the massive lag I suddenly got into.
