Perhaps. But then am damn glad my standards are low enough to think that, given how close things there came to ending either way, everyone involved did amazing job there...

Wouldn't have made a difference, the diemos just would have took slightly longer to kill. The Diemos tried to save his rep drones and didn't make it in time. With the diemos only using them for rep'ing, he was in trouble without them. When BoB killed the mega first (which was the whole reason the diemos had laughed off everything else up to that round), it was always going to be a close fight and could have been a lot closer as BoB's cnr was 2 seconds from a shield boost and if that had happened BoB would have finished with a CNR + EAGLE vs DIEMOS + ISHKUR. dbp Current RKK Ranking: (CAL6) Tanto Drop by and say hi in Reikoku Forums.

The final battle was great, it could not have been scripted better. Having just seen The fives rattlesnake die to KAOS i did not think BoB had much of a chance but great change of tactics! I have to also say i thought the radio commentry was superb. DJ starfury and DJ xman may have started off shakey on thrusday but by the finals you guys had it down brilliantly. Ok you may not be the best pvper in eve and may not know everything about pvp but neither does most others eve players. What you delivered was perfect for the masses and what you learnt we all learnt as a result. I thought the expert anaylsis was a great touch and i loved the humor of your live commentry, the "you tart" comment was priceless! Don't listen to the negative stuff guys you were brilliant. Roll on the next one!

Commentary was fine, I just wish I had a /snoop command to steal a peak at that eagle's setup. When the Raven was still alive it was remote boosting it, and it looked like one of them was nosing the other (or maybe a cap relay from raven to eagle to keep the cap up). I'm guessing the eagle had cap boosters and the plan was to save them unless the eagle went down, then use them right after nos cycles to keep hardeners and the like online? Regardless, goddamnit BoB, why'd you have to go and cause alot of people to run out and get eagles. I was looking forward to getting an eagle and Cerb but now they're both consideribly more expensivee because people who though they sucked know they don't now.
